“I had to hound Penny for updates.”

She barely contacted me at all - only to sign paperwork. She tried to pressure me into lowering my asking price VERY early in our sale process. She never volunteered information, I had to ask if there were showings, if there were any updates, etc. Absolute minimum communication with me. The closing happened last week and she didn't contact me at all about the closing date, or offer any information - I received that information from my Real Estate Attorney. I would not recommend her.
